After more than 40 years practising as a solicitor, Robert Howard now focuses his experience on helping individuals and families protect their homes, savings and inheritance through careful estate planning.
Earlier in his career Robert was involved in significant litigation, including a successful judicial review which proceeded to the High Court, securing fair legal representation for his client when he challenged a decision of the court.
He was also involved in cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal in family law matters, representing parents and families in complex and sensitive proceedings.
Today that depth of experience underpins the work of Robert Howard Wills & Powers, helping clients plan ahead through well-structured wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.

What 40 Years as a Solicitor Has Taught Me About Protecting the Family Home
During more than forty years practising as a solicitor, one thing has become clear to me: for most families, the family home is their most important asset.
